Paris in the springtime is blossoming with romance and beauty. Accented in charming shades of pastel pink, whether it be sitting beneath the blooms on the Quai du Louvre, picnicing on the Champs de Mars in front of the Eiffel Tower, securing your lock of love on the Pont des Arts, or nibbling on petit confections from Laduree, the city is sure to fulfill your most romantic whims.

And you can bathe in the luxury of this fashionable city by indulging in an ‘oh-so-French‘ Coco Chanel lipstick or marveling at the Parisian haute couture gowns of atelier Elie Saab. Of course, the only thing that could be more dreamy than all of these lovely things would be combining them all into a wonderful event and tying the knot in this enchanting city.! What JuneBug Loves: A Beautiful Wedding in Paris

We are excited about the buzz Suzanne and Paul’s lovely wedding has been creating, its beauty has recently caught the attention of our friends over at JuneBug. In the article, which you can read here, we were flattered to hear the bride describe her experience with us -

An Elegant Affair

Coming from New York and Southern California, Mandi and Ryan traveled to France to celebrate their wedding with family and close friends. Located amidst stately gardens in the center of Paris, the Musee Rodin was a perfect venue for their ceremony. Despite the torrential rain (you know, the type of rain that just when you think it couldn’t possibly rain any harder, it does), our preparations ensured it was still a beautiful celebration.  Later in the day, the gilded interior and stunning chandeliers of the reception hall fulfilled wishes for romantic elegance while pink roses and harp music completed this lovely affair.

Sophisticated Parisian Wedding featured in Vera Wang Unveiled

Last winter, we created a very elegant wedding for a very sophisticated bride, Angeli, and her groom, Tim. Angeli was an impeccably dressed from her lavender Ferragamo pumps to her glamorous and dramatic Vera Wang gown. The namesake designer recently mentioned Angeli and her stunning style on the Vera Unveiled blog. In the interview, the bride describes celebrating in Paris as an “unforgettable day” that “couldn’t have been better.” She also gives fantastic advice for new brides selecting their wedding dress, “Pick the dress that makes you feel devastatingly beautiful and irresistible.”

Getting Married in Paris: Part 1

The beauty of this incredible location embodies the fundamental reasons why people love Paris: art, gardens and architecture. Home to the works of art of one of France’s most celebrated artists, this venue has even more to boast about than its possession of famous contributions to modern art.

The stately museum is surrounded by spectacular gardens in the middle of Paris; having a wedding here is like having your own private gardens in the heart of this wonderful city. Capable of hosting both ceremony and reception, the gardens comfortably host an intimate wedding up to approximately fifty guests which can be followed by a casual reception. While the gardens and artwork create a lovely scene, its central location also promises proximity to many of the choice Parisian landmarks for many more lovely photo opportunities.

Several of our couples have selected this well-esteemed location. American couple Heather and Tyler chose it for their intimate ceremony.
